Claudia Barthelemy (Menorca, 1991) is a filmmaker and anthropologist specializing in the use of ethnographic tools for audiovisual diversity. She collaborates with national and international producers as a screenwriter, advisor and/or researcher. Her projects have taken part in laboratories such as Docs Barcelona, Coofilm (as documentary script mentor for the Mastermind program), Cima Impulsa and the Residencies of the Academy of Cinema.
He has directed and written the short documentaries “Nota de voz pendiente” (Estatal Encuentro de Violencia Vicària e Institutional, Volando Vengo), “Reminiscencias de una convivencia” (Ayuntamiento de El Vellón, Taller Fractal), “Libérate” co-directed with Andrea Casaseca ( Teatro Fernán Gómez), the multimedia piece “La vida”, co-directed with Cristina Amate, and has written the script for the short documentary film “Vida” by Hendrik Rojas, which he has also edited. He has participated in the collective project “Archipiélago” (Colectivo Archipiélago and Cochabamba Films) and has produced the fictional documentary “Tiempo” by Cristina Amate, in the post-production phase; photography is also part of his work (“Jambar”).
Currently, she is immersed in the completion of the creative documentary “Rojo y sus platillos voladores”, and in the research and writing of the script, co-written with Ana Puentes, of the documentary “Taranta” by Samuel Nacar.
Macià Florit Campins (Menorca, 1990) is a film director. He graduated in Humanities from the Pompeu Fabra University and, thanks to the DOCMA scholarship, he studied the master’s degree in Documentary Cinema at the IPECC-Centro Cultural Matadero (Madrid).
Since 2015, he has been working as a director and editor at the independent film production company Elsabeth, based in Solsona. His professional experience includes the production of cultural television programs, music videos and documentary and fiction feature films.
In 2020, he joined Elsabeth Produccions as a partner and, together with his partner Xavier Puig, produced, produced and edited programs such as “El retorn de les lluernes” (2020), “Una història de la literatura” (2021) or “Les feres” (2024), documentaries such as “Totes les criatures” (2021), “Morente i Barcelona” (2023), “País de tòfona” (2023), and live music sessions for the “Directori de les músiques del Cardener”.
After directing four short documentaries, in 2021 he released “Pedra pàtria”, his first feature film as a director. The film premiered in Doclisboa, nominated for the European Doc Alliance award, and selected at multiple national and international festivals, among which stand out Visions du Réel, DOK Leipzig, Black Canvas, Majordocs or Alcances, where it received the award in the best movie The short documentary film “Tòtem” is his last film work.
Arnau Cloquells (Menorca, 2001) is an audiovisual creator, filmmaker and freelancer. He completed the degree in cinematography, Bande à Part (2020-2022), later specializing in editing at ESCAC (2022-2023). He is passionate about photography and video; some of his personal projects have been awarded in different competitions (First prize in the underwater photography competition for the preservation of the Balearic Sea, MARE, with the photograph “Touching the sea”, 2021 ). Many of his works, both photographic and audiovisual, are strongly influenced by the sea and the natural environment.
He has worked in various specialties in the audiovisual world: director of photography (“Sol sol”, “El que hauríem fet”, “Ramat”…), editor (“En Mesquida”, the docuseries “Els Inexperts”…) , color “El que hauríem fet”, “Estiu blau”…), sound technician (“Ramon Coll” from the docuserie “Menorquins”…), production assistant (“Bluebanana x Sevilla”…) … and his work includes both documentary and fiction, advertising (Es Paput, BlueBanana Brand, Buragun Menorca…) and video clips (Titu Martí, Verlaat, Paunezz, Fiappii…). As a director, he directed the short documentaries “Tao” (2021) and “Mar pla” (2023).
