NEUS SOLÀ
Neus Solà is a photographer and visual artist whose practice lies at the intersection of photography, visual anthropology and embodied landscapes. Her work explores the relationships between body, territory and collective memory. She has received international grants and awards, and her work has been exhibited and published across several countries and specialised media.
COSSOS EN SIMBIOSI
Cossos en Simbiosi explores the relationship between body, territory, nature and technology from an ecofeminist and posthuman perspective. Through encounters with women connected to Menorca, the project recovers knowledge and care practices through shared walks, sensory portraits, co-creation processes and experimental photochemical images. It aims to create a living archive that reflects on the transformation of the territory and the island’s ecological crisis.
JOSEP ALORDA
Josep Alorda is a filmmaker and audiovisual professional. His practice combines industry experience as a cinematographer, director and editor with a personal body of work focused on territory, memory and intimacy. He has directed short films and documentaries such as Primavera Esvaïda and Guaret, recognised and awarded at several film festivals. He also works across music videos, screenwriting and photography, and teaches film.
MALLORCALAND
Mallorcaland is a creative documentary short film that explores, through a poetic and sensory language, Mallorca’s transformation under mass tourism and urban pressure. The Cathedral of Mallorca, voiced by Pitxorines, acts as the narrator, reflecting on memory, loss and resistance, while the images portray a saturated and rapidly changing territory. The project is currently in the editing stage, where its structure, rhythm and dialogue between image, sound and music will be developed.
